Giggle buddies

Olivia has really started to interact more with Ashton and Chloe. Ashton loves to make her laugh.

Kevin has been teaching Ashton to talk smack while they play Wii. Unfortunately it is leeching over into normal life. Today I heard Ashton playing. He says," Yeah, how do you like THAT", followed by " In your FACE". The other day while he was on the phone with my sister she got a IN YOUR FACE, LEAH. It is hard not to laugh and it only fuels the fire.

Chloe's favorite bedtime song is "I love to see the Temple and she wants to sing it instead of Ashtons ever so faithful " I hope they call me on a mission" Chloes favorite part is the last line of the first verse, only she sings it in a mean voice and say "It is MY sacred duty", not yours Ashton, mine. What are we teaching our kids.

What do YOU eat?

Chloe has started two new habits that are curious. First she wants to know everyones name. People on the street, in the Grocery store, Dr. office, church. She has gotten almost aggressive about it. If the person she asks doesn't answer sometimes she'll say loudly ,"I'm talking to yooooouuu, what is your name" Kinda embarrassing.

Second she has been asking me what things eat. What do sharks eat? How about bears? Secretly, I think she wants to know if anything will eat her. Yesterday she asked me," What do bad guys eat, Mom". I look her straight in the eye and said, "They eat little girls, like you'. She got sad and said," No, no, Mom don't let those bad guys eat me". I told her I was just kidding that bad guys eat pizza and things you can cook fast. (because they are busy doing naughty stuff of course).

She is so silly.

Are you ready to RUMBLE!!!

Ashton like to challenge me to a match or two of wrestling. This time he brought in his secrete weapon...CHLOE. Chloe decided it would be a good idea to go get my boxing gloves. You will notice her power move it to sneak behind me and punch me in the back.

Disappointed

Yesterday was supposed to be Ashton's pajama day at preschool. He was so excited he wanted to wait outside for our carpool ride, that never came. Ashton's school was cancelled due to unsafe snow amounts on the roofs. He was very disappointed. Chloe has been sick for the last few days. She decided she had enough energy to watch Ashton from the window and fall asleep during lunch.

I caught you

I love my new camera. I caught Chloe mid-sentence sassing me. I showed her what a ugly face she was making and she said she wanted to do a pretty one, and of course Ashton wanted to contribute.
